WHAT COMPANY DO YOU SHIP WITH?
We ship within North America using primarily UPS, however from time to time we will use other couriers depending on order sizes and where it is shipping. International shipments are accepted and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact by email if you require an international quote. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE TURNAROUND TIME?
Our average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for facemount to acrylic and framed prints however, depending on order volume our turnaround time might be a little quicker or longer. If you require your order by a specific date please by email to confirm. From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season. Please note shipping time is extra.
Shipping is $19.95 for orders under $150 and $29.95 for orders over $150.00 (after discounts and before taxes) within continental North America. Shipping will be quoted separately for wholesale accounts with discounts in excess of 25% and for locations outside continental North America, please contact by email for pricing.
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and are shipped insured. However, if damage or loss does occur please email immediately and take pictures of the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to your print. DO NOT THROW OUT any damaged materials until advised by us as the shipper may request an inspection. Once the damage claim has been approved we will send out a replacement piece. No cash refunds will be given for damaged shipments.
Shipping times vary greatly depending on your location and the current status of the shippers. Once shipped, the majority of orders will arrive within 5-7 business.

Our guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used we will replace or fix it at our cost. This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, scratches, fading or warping.
We use a 100% colour calibrated workflow however due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images we cannot guarantee that the colour and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print. If exact colour matching is a priority, then please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to produce small sample prints of your file. The cost for this service is $80.00/hour with a minimum of 1/2 hour charge.
Your order may be canceled and a full refund issued as long as your order has not gone into production. Our production times vary and can commence anywhere from an hour after receiving your order to several days. If you must cancel your order please contact ASAP.
